Q: How should I clean gunky residue before applying my FoxChiRho topper?

A: Heat is your friend, a hair dryer can go a long way in terms of loosening the adhesive. Add in a plastic scraper tool, and you can make short work of a stock topper. For alternative options, I have had moderate success with Goo Gone and naptha as far as chemical agents go. Important test whatever technique you choose on an inconspicuous part of your pedal before committing to cleaning the entire surface, especially when using chemical agents.

Q: I want a customized design, how do I order one?

A: We are glad to have partnered up with some freelance visual artists that are available to take design requests. Click “Custom Toppers” in the website navigation, and check out the portfolios of the artists! They are all incredibly talented.

Q: Can I submit a design with one of my favorite cartoon characters/ team mascots/ company logos?

A: Yes, but with a key caveat. Any and all copyrighted material can not be reproduced without the explicit written consent of the content owner. I reserve the right to refuse fulfilling a submission containing copyrighted content at my discretion.
